- 磐梯山の麓をぐるりと巡る、絶景コースが特徴のウルトラマラソン
- 猪苗代湖や高原の景色を望みながら走る。湖畔道路や山岳道路などアップダウンに富み、脚力が試されるコース設定が特徴
- 6月中旬は気温が上がりやすいため熱中症対策が重要。こまめな水分・塩分補給と体調管理を意識して走ることが大切！
- 各エイドではおにぎりや地元グルメで補給ができ、ゴール後には手打ちそばが振る舞われることも。会津の食文化を味わえるのも、魅力のひとつ
- ただ走るだけではもったいない。会津の豊かな温泉、郷土料理、そして歴史の面影を残す街並みを巡る、『旅ラン』としても非常におすすめの大会
