- 弘前市内から白神山地へ向かう自然豊かなコース。制限時間はフル6時間と比較的緩やか
- りんご並木のアップルロードを走り抜け、エイドでもりんごが振る舞われます
- 「岩木山登山ばやし」や「弘前ねぷたまつり太鼓・笛」などの沿道パフォーマンスがランナーを近強く後押しします
- 2026年は「青の煌めきあおもり国スポ・障スポ」が開催されるため通常大会は休止。応援プロジェクト企画（オンライン大会・特設コース）が実施される
