Race feature

Marathon race to be held in 山口県防府市.

山口県防府（ほうふ）市で毎年12月に開催される、ハイレベルなフルマラソン大会
一般の部の参加標準は男女ともにサブ4またはハーフ1時間33分。一定の走力レベルに達したランナーだけが挑戦権を得る🎟️
コース設計はかなりフラットで、記録が狙える勝負レース。このためはるばる関東からの参加者も少なくない
若手エリート選手にとって、毎年最終の日本陸連公認マラソン大会のため、格好の魅せ場。「若手の登竜門」とも呼ばれる
近年はエチオピア、中国、韓国などのエリート選手も集まる、国際交流大会へと変容してきている
