- 神戸市の須磨浦公園から宝塚まで、六甲山系の尾根伝いに続く六甲全山縦走路がコース
- 岩場、急な階段、緩やかな尾根道、市街地の舗装路まで変化に富み、走力と対応力が試される多様性が魅力
- スタート・ゴール地点ともに公共交通機関からのアクセスが良いので日帰り参加もしやすい
- 山上から神戸の街並み、遠くは明石海峡大橋や淡路島まで見渡せる絶景も、この大会の大きなポイント
