日本海から太平洋まで、日本アルプスを縦断して駆け抜ける、日本屈指の過酷な山岳レース。2年に1度開催
総距離約400km、累積標高差は約27,000m、制限時間は約8日間。サポートなしで進む自己完結型のレースが最大の特徴
書類選考、選考会（実技・筆記）を経て、本大会に出場できるのはわずか30名という狭き門
走力、山岳スキル、精神力。そのすべてを極めた選ばれし者だけが挑める、国内最高峰かつ唯一無二のレース
